How I Got Over That Imposter Syndrome
I inherited a team of like five or six people They were like 57 30 35 60 you know. particularly people that were older than me because two of them were older than him. I was quite vulnerable and like this is The situation let's make best of a tough situation And then hiring within spin I definitely had imposter syndrome at the beginning Especially when we were hiring people from who are like on paper been doing marketing for a lot longer than me Or had gone to university even though they'd never worked with someone as hard as myself.
