The Integrative Rewards of Persistence
In Japanese culture, there's at least a somewhat of a sense of this because of this idea of Gambagura. The intrinsic rewards of persistence is not something that you have in any Western culture. So that's interesting to me also. There's some talk of the differences between American and Japanese teaching style. And I'm like, oh, look, Japanese education is really good.
