Every 30 minutes get up for a two minute movement break. It doesn't have to be like anything vigorous, it could just be a stretch. That subtle movement from sitting to standing and then moving a little bit is enough to help increase brain blood flow. And research in my lab has shown that these short exercise breaks can actually help students prevent them from mind wandering during class.
