The Preconditions for Psychological Suffering
A precondition for psychological suffering is the belief to be separate entity. So a sage never suffers. Your awareness never suffers. That which is aware of the suffering, does it suffer? No. But can I be, can I just be ignorance sometimes? I mean choose to be ignorance sometimes. Don't think about the image you have of what the sage is because that is not going to lead you anywhere.
