My mother forgot the story until a month ago after he had passed away. We found his old letters in a chest as we were cleaning out his things. My sister published them online and shared his story. She received the usual nasty comments on the internet, threats and accusations of being a liar. But last week her employer told her to take down her online post and apologize or there will be consequences. They're cracking down on that kind of talk,. any criticism of the monarchy, of the current Prime Minister, and anyone that reminds them of the good old days in the past.
