We tend to be over-educated in areas in subjects that are very traditional. And unfortunately the economy needs much more knowledge, needs many more people. So we'd love to attract more people with a degree rather than letting them live to other countries. The opportunities are there for people with advanced education to move and find opportunities anywhere.
