How to Set Boundaries

I feel like I'm a little bit and I'd only say a tiny bit more firm, and the workbook compared to, especially the original book. If you can't set boundaries and say no to folks and put your values and your priorities first, all the rest of it is for nothing. So if you don't do the work to lay that foundation, the rest of the workbook is not going to be quite as helpful. And then the other side is for folks who are coming to this totally new to personal finance and it just really is to be like, I know this can feel like a lot.
