The Four Modes of Experimenting
In the book, you talk about these different modes of experiencing and I'd like it for our listeners to hear more about that. Well, we'll move from three substances to four modes of experiencing. The four modes are an extension of some other work that I did with some colleagues on a therapeutic approach called STARE. It's a skills training approach that's part of trauma informed care. So how do we expand beyond whatever our proclivity is, our bias to over focus on one part of our experience versus others?
