Study psychopathy is tricky, to say the least. Most of the data they have right now is gathered from psychiatric examinations of criminals. If you're a psychopath, yu're not going to go in to look for help. You think you're better than everybody else. So the very traits that make you a psychopath would make you feel like you need the opposite e of psychiatric help.
