Is Alternate Day Fasting Effective for Weight Loss?

alternate day fasting did not find any clear benefits compared to a similar energy deficit from continuous dieting, or kind of typical dieting over the course of a year. But they did find that the difficulty of adhering to the alternate day fasting programm was higher. Overall, nota, not a great result for alternate day fasting, it still was effective for weight loss and health improvement.
