Andy Ryan: I'm pretty skeptical that they'll be you know really large savings for plans as they pursue most and as a result I think strategies that are more oriented towards members particularly around networks. He says there's going to be greater emphasis towards some of these creating rather than trying to get all providers to change in a certain way.
