Do You Need a Lawyer to Buy a House?
You can buy a house without a real estate agent, but you still need a lawyer to take that transaction. The bank gives you the money, am, but they don't give it to you directly. They give it to the lawyer, and then the lawyer transfers that to the owner. M i'm going to be using my keby saver, cause i charge a little bit more for doing that transaction. Im, just want to let you know so that you're kind of prepared for when i do bring through a property. And were kind of good to go.
