About 30 seconds after this, the cockpit voice recorder recorded the sound of an electric seat motor. And then like 27 seconds after that, the auto pilot was disconnected. The airplane remained in level flight for about eight seconds during which the relief first officer again uttered that phrase. Then the throttle levers were moved from crews power to idol. At one forty nine and 54 seconds, the flight data recorder recorded an abrupt nose down elevator movement. And subsequently the airplane began to rapidly pitch nose down, descend. Over the next eight seconds, the first officer kept repeating that phrase
