I've Seen a Lot of Subversive Type of Icon Painting
i've watched people stand in front of your icons, and i watch them and and they just, theyi go into a trance. I think that that thing touches on what we were saying before, about the importance of form having an effect that is experiential. It aids,. it aids the function of a canaid, if you can, ego, that's great, an aid to augment the function of the aton as a support for contemplation. And what i like to say is that this contemplation embraces both feeling and intellect. Right? So, so, so you have, you are experiencing through aesthetic to the aesthetic form, also an elevation that puts you in the frame of mind
