For every 10 gram increase in fiber, there was a 10% reduction in the risk of mortality. If you like 200 grams of broccoli per se, would probably be like five, six grams of fiber. For fruits and vegetables, obviously, grains, some whole grains, some cereals, and then various other sources. We just know that fiber overall is pretty good.
