The Importance of Developing People

In his most recent role, I very directly asked about that. It's a nice sign when somebody signing up or you're joining a business and they'll send you to a conference. And another thing that just I was just thinking about right now was about developing people. You know, there are the stock questions and never be afraid. This can evolve in any of a million different directions. Just stay true to your core as you're talking to a potential employer.
