The 10 Commandments on Anger
The first part of that you shall not murder is a verbatim quote from Exodus chapter 20 verse 13. That second half, whoever murders will be subject to judgment, is referring to all the commands in the law about what to do with murder or manslaughter. It's easy to kind of check the box off the list and think "I'm so much better than him or her"
