The More I Speak, the More Chasms Open
In the case of works which are profound, the more i say, the more remains to be said. No matter how long i speak, new chasms open. This is really the fundamental notion of depth in the romantics. And this is what all this, not all, but most of this talk about. The finite standing for the infinite. The material standingfor the immaterial,. the dead standing for the living, space ding for time, word standing for something which is inself wordless. Can the sacred be seized?
