Cynthia Veal's Trauma

Cindy Handy was taken to hospital with head injury. She told staff she had been hidden in the head with a lamp. Cynthia Veal's body was covered in cuts and bruises, caked with dried blood. A rape kit was carried out on her after police took her into custody. Police later arrested David Parker Ray at Elephant Butte Lake State Park. The pair are still being held by authorities.
