The Service Life Extension
I live two cars from 1969 at Toyota, which I've now given to my younger son. And of course, both of these cars were never produced to last that long. So the service life extension or product life extension comes from caring for real belongings and finding people who can repair it. When there were something breaks down, we should take it at the same time that it took us to buy something. We should try to either give it away to somebody who can use it or have it repaired so we can continue to use it. But of course, that also cuts out fashion. The only way you can produce it is by looking after the cars you have and then wait for a few decades
