What's the Name of the Sandwich?

An advertising firm that was working with this company, dirky mower, that owns marshmellow Cream, thought it might be a more effective way to market the sandwich. The sandwich has close ties to new england and massachusetts, particularly somerville. In fact, somerville holds an annual festival called what the fluff.
