i feel like we've over indexed as a culture now in times of everybody talking about their emotions all the time. And frankly, it's incredibly narcisistic. Let's maintain the awareness of our emotions, but actually let's become more aware of them. I think not ever talking about your emotions often leads to your not being in touch with them and therefore not understanding them. As we sort of gone back before, they're driving your behaviour. Being an adult is being able to self regulate. A child can't self regulate,. But that move from childhood to adolescence to adulthood, becoming an adult is large about being independent and responsible and being able toSelf-regulate.
