HSP encephalitis doesn't always make people wickedly febrile and it is treatable. And we should know, we would want to know if the patient has that. So I think practically speaking, for most mikus, it'll be our mikus or neurisus hooking this patient up and making sure they're not in nonconvulsive status as the reason that they're not coming back to baseline.
