The devil's in the detail right. So you could have an LLM generator response and have it very accurate. What I'm saying is, I would not push that out to an end customer without a supervisor or human agent clicking on it and going, I read it that response is fine to me go. But fundamentally, what are you trying to do? Like, what's the job to be done? And it could be, it could be in summarization context, it might be, tell me what the conversation is about. Are you still using a more traditional and I think you can do both.
