The Importance of New Production and Change
It varies there's definitely a pool of APs and producers. If you'd like to have one job and sit and do that job for 20 years then it's not pointing at the place for you to work. For me I've not had that many producers like ever in my life really on the breakfast show I've only had three and we've been doing it for nearly five years so it does change but it doesn't change that erratically, he says. But yeah no I like the change it's good. It helps me get better.
