The Problem With the European Commission's Scientific Memory

I would go back to the way the European Commission function before Madame Croissant. She has mounted the whole idea of getting people building a scientific memory as the one app from scientific officers to area directors. And by doing that, she killed the scientific memory of the European Commission. So all these things that we know very well in the late 90s and early 2000s, they disappeared because the people who were doing those projects, they were shifted from one division to another. That didn't used to be the way, but it became the way after the early 2000s.
