Is Quitting Good for Your Health?
Psychologist Robert rich rosh says quitting is good for you physiologically and psychologically. Each of us encounters an unattainable goal about once a year, according to rosh. People can make two different mistakes in the regulation of their life: Quit too early when they should have persisted, or quit too late.
