Mentoring Is a Kind of Leadership

In a healthy family, in traditional families, big extended families, it was totally normal that that a child or a young person had these connections with all different ages. It's important for us to have older people, you know, that we can follow, that will mentor us and teach us. That's also a kind of leadership, or mentoring. Mentoring is just meaning to a to teach someone, usually someone younger or less experienced. But the other, the opposite, is also important. It gives you a feeling of of helping and contributing to others, right?
