Superheroes - Pen and Ship

A 'scab' is someone who works in the place of people who are on strike. I like the idea of this superhero called the scab and he can take the ability of any superhero who's currently on strike. Like Commissioner Gordon pushes the big red button and the scab runs in to do Batman's job for him. That's fantastic.
