Alessandro, or spicy moustache, has been inspiring people all round the world to take an organic minded approach to gardening. Hailing from northern italy, alessandro learned so many things about leaving soil and different techniques of growing my own food. We spoke to him about his journey into gardening and a particular method called hugal culture that he's been trying out recently.
