The most valuable work i did for the company was work i forced myself into. I just knew it was something i could be helpful. Shan van der hoven is someone who works on my team. He's fixing and changing and adjusting before i ever ask, like he's doing th asking and it's so easy to give him feedback. And one of the other little distinctions that makes a really big difference is that people, these impatience caers, aren't focusing the feedback on themselves - how am i doing? What do i need to do differently? The focus is on the work, how can i make this work better?
