The Henderson Test and Section 230
The court in Henderson, the fourth circuit up ends what has been decades of precedence of Section 230. They sort of rewrite the test for immunity, which is that if you're basing your claim on the impropriety of the content then that's okay. But they read that to mean any time the service interacts with the content at issue. The court seems to say, well, you know, when you do that, then you become the information content provider,. It would be extremely problematic.
