The Importance of Silence

"I think ordering your, your life to have silence is a big part of this. Like if we are going to be creators, like, yeah, tease that out," he says. "If you don't have silence, your appetites are loud, right? They, you, you constantly have this hunger for noise, for entertainment, for distraction." He also talks about the importance of leisure and how it can help us become better people.
