Is It Adaptive?
I would argue that an ation that gives us fitness has to capture some aspect of the world accurately. If it doesn't capture the world at least somewhat accurately, i it's not going to be adaptive. Ah. So there's got to be some tethering to the to the real world, or else vision as useless force, it's not adaptive at all. E certainly adaptations to give us fitness is is. That's that's what evolution acts on. And any adaptation that giving us fitness is going to be selected for.
