Is PTL C's a Good Idea?

The hot new thing is well, I got there's so much going on. The privacy gain with PTL C over HCL C is like you basically have a hash of the hash time lock contract. You have this hash that's stable across every hop in the route. And so a bad actor on point A and further down the route could kind of correlate this payment and track payments across the lightning network better. Can we depend on PTL C's though? In the transition from HCL C's to PTLC's pretty arduous.
