The US Federal Trade Commission or FTC has its own concerns about AI. The FTC is concerned that companies could be over promising or misleading people by leaning on a trendy buzzworthy term and concept. Microsoft has indicated that the company plans to make Cosmos one available to developers in the future, though there's not a timetable mentioned when that might happen.
