You Call It a Script, but You're Writing Like an Essay
I write them first. Then I arrange video footage around it. The whole thing is not just look at this and look at this. Occasionally I'll write something specific about a visual that I have in mind. Mostly it's just writing about it and you're just getting footage in the background of these sites and things. There are some moments where it's like, hey, I'm talking about this thing here that we're looking at. It's true. We were at this contact at the Canyons event in Utah. They know your style, your doing the research, your writing. You call it a script, but you're writing almost like an essay.
