The C suite doesn't know the how their vision strategic thinkers, but they're not on the front lines. So go talk to your people, get their input that will generate buy in and help you have a better how. I often find that what the edge knows, what the front line knows. And it's one of my reasons I love working with like call centers,. People working in the call center know exactly how you could provide better customer service.
