Marie Schulder is a professor at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Medicine. Her background is in cultural anthropology and she did her field work in Nepal. She had an early childhood ambition of being a children's book illustrator. Now, she teaches teaching visual design to reduce cognitive load for students.
