How Did You Create the Capabilities?
The model that you created with, obviously all with a local university partners and the government backing. Students could either complete their full degree in china or viet nam, or, if they wished, start their studies there and then transfer to benedictine early on. An american higher education is still number one in the world. No matter what we think of it internally, we're still the envy of the world. I have had parents say, please take my child home and put them in american high school so they can get into American university. So now we're actually having joint programmes with high schools where universities are apartning with the high schools to have the high schools
