I meditate. I still do the c p t therapeon line. i think i'm a little bit addicted to it. Walking is, is great exercise. It keeps your body strong. It helps your bonesd it's really good for you. And that's my preferred way of moving through the world. Look at my muscle. I've been lifting a lot of heavy boxes. Can you say it? Ys ben doing, like, iave like pretty much the box packer and mover and everything. She really has. You can see it really, really have. We'll do that seriously.
