When you exercise, you get an increase in insulin stimulated glucose uptake. But if you do exercise, the effect wanes and disappears 24 to 48 hours later. So there's some very strange Yes, that's what I don't, sorry, I'm just trying to get it clear. And actually another another good evidence is that they're different.
