Gardening for the Atmosphere

Gardening for the atmosphere as much as gardening for the grounds. Some plants do also create bio what's called biogenic volatile organic compounds or VOCs and can react with nitrogen oxides which is a common urban pollution source from traffic and buildings. So in a way if I created a garden in a layer system balance of trees, shrubs, herbaceous planting but not just thinking about what it looks but actually how it makes me feel comfortable,. will improve the environment.
