Is There a Single Competency?

Cohen: We have to be the source of our standards. Evitch and Wes say, ah, Cohen's argument predicts that the errors are performance errors. They're systematic. And now you go, what? This is what I mean about good debate makes something problematic,. Because there's something right about Cohen's argument, and Stan Evitch acknowledges it, right? But yet Cohen's conclusion that all the errors areperformance errors is wrong. It's undeniably wrong.
