The Relationship Between Boundaries and Codependents

The concept of boundaries is closely tied to codependents because a codependent person has no boundaries. They learned their codependents from people that had no boundaries. If the UPS man comes to my house, he's going to stay on the porch. That's called a boundary. I don't know that guy. And he would feel weird if I invited him into the house.
