Do You Use Alk and IOs in Non-Spel Cell Lung Cancer?

Neil Wexler: Ben, this is a paper you have that I thought was really great. It reviews broadly the issue of immunotherapy in oncogene addicted non-spel cell lung cancer. For us out here outside and for the general medical oncologists, a lot of times we're just almost hearing how you describe your approach to it. Where does Alk fit in? Because I kind of have had the experience that's all the way at the end of this spectrum. And also Ben, when, if at all, do you use Alk and IOs in people without or do you not use it?Yeah, that's an important question for practice, Neil.
