What's the Difference Between Mission and Vision?

i see em on a lot of conference room walls, but i'm not sure anyone reads them or understands me. So when you talk about a businessis, how is that misunderstood? Well, i think one of the things you wanted to talk about was the difference tween mission and vision. I've used purpose intentionally in the book, because mission and vision gets very mixed up.
