The advertising industry has lost its objectivity, says sweathead. We are afraid of losing a client or growing a client - so we don't do the work that gets us there. The fear of succeeding is what keeps us in this comfortable spot and prevents us from taking chances. It's not ok to let that fear keep you from doing something. Every day you are going to be afraid of something. But once again brave is not being fearless. Brave is just going to end up swinging away anyway.
