All of your characters are fully formed with their backstories. Now that you're several books in, do you regret any of those personality decisions? For example, do you wish that Jackson Land didn't thought so much? I think at some part of me knew that that was going to happen because I put far more work into those characters than the single novel would have required. Some of the stuff that isn't really, gets called upon in later novels but isn't called upon within slow horses itself. It allows for differences to be made between the books and the shows.
