For this project, we had four ases. So we started with discovery, and then we did a phase of strategy work. We talked about our persona, our kind of this inspiring ideal customer that could help us think about the messaging that would resonate with them. Then we actually went into the writing. And then finally we did some user testing at the end. Think this process, for me, really reflects my approach as a strategist.
